Tips to consider when planning to float:

  • The water is body temperature. Don't expect a "hot" bath. This is intended to lose the sensation of your body in the antigravity solution.
  • You may want to bring a comb, blow dryer, or other hair products for after showering (gel or leave-in conditioner) if you usually use them.
  • We provide towels, earplugs, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Be advised*

  • It is not recommended to shave within 8 hours of floating. Intercourse just prior to floating may also cause the salt water to sting sensitive areas.
  • Eat a light snack about 1 hour to 30 minutes prior to floating.
  • Avoid caffeine before floating so it does not disrupt your ability to calm.
  • Be ready to really wind down and "let go". It is all about relaxation.

Our staff cannot assist you with mobility issues for entering or exiting the tanks. If you need assistance, it will be your responsibility to bring adequate support to utilize our facilities.

CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
*Our rooms are reserved especially for you. Due to high demand, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Should you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to its start time, the full price of the service will be charged to you. "No call, no shows" will also be charged. If you are coming in with a certificate for services, the certificate will be marked as used.

There are no refunds.

Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment especially if it is your first time at our facility. Late arrivals may result in a forfeited appointment, as we CANNOT adversely affect our service to other clients.

If you are more than 10 minutes late we will charge you for the session and you will forfeit your service. We CANNOT shorten your session or delay the next one.

If you are late and you have not called us to let us know, we reserve the right to give your float room away to walk-in clients.

Please be on time and give us notice if you need to cancel or modify your booking for any reason.
